After working as an instructor and manager for a number of leading events companies, Ben established Aim for the Sky in 2008. Since then he has worked to create a company that offers new and exciting activities to clients across the North West. Never one to be left out of the fun, Ben attends almost every event and is always keen to get out of the office to help out.
In 2008 Natasha joined Aim for the Sky as a business adviser and marketing manager and in 2012 became a company director. As a qualified solicitor Natasha helps to keep the office organised. She is also a keen social networker and takes responsibility for the company’s twitter, facebook and Instagram accounts.
Bruce has been with Aim for the Sky since the beginning and has been involved in team building events for over 25 years. He’s one of the best shots in the team, although none of the other instructors would admit it! You can be sure to meet him on any of our target shooting events as well as on team building away days.
Mark shot competitively with his club for many years. During this time he developed his teaching skills and since then has taught hundreds of beginners to clay shoot with Aim for the Sky. Even complete novices will be hitting the targets with the help of Mark’s expert instruction.
Simon is the newest member of the Aim for the Sky team. Because of his experience you’re most likely meet Simon on one of our indoor team building events or teaching country sports such as air rifles or archery. Simon is a proud Welshman so when he’s not at the gym you’ll find him cheering on his country in the rugby and other international sports.
Darren is a certified archery instructor and has considerable experience teaching both adults and children. He has worked for Aim for the Sky for a number of years joining us for a variety of different events and corporate team building days. When he’s not working, Darren is happiest spending time with his family or getting out and about walking, climbing or scuba diving.
Always bringing a smile and some banter to our indoor activities, Roy is great at getting groups motivated and working together. He’s a keen supporter of Liverpool FC …but we understand nobody’s perfect! Roy also helped design our Ultimate Puzzle Challenge that has proved hugely popular with corporate groups.
Callum is one of our clay pigeon shooting instructors and can often be found at our Activity HQ Tile Farm in Chester teaching groups on one of our weekend events. He has a keen interest in country sports and a competitive nature so is always eager to take on Ben, Bruce and Mark in a target shooting competition.
Always the life and soul of the party, Gareth is a great addition to any Aim for the Sky event. As a keen sportsman he is always eager to get involved in team challenges and competitions, especially when he’s working alongside his dad Roy! Looking to improve performance? Gareth’s skills as a sports analyst are especially useful when coaching our teams.
Position:Duck Herding Instructor
Elaine is responsible for teaching our popular duck herding activity. She has been working with dogs since she was very young and uses her trained border collies for work, displays and corporate events. She even competes in sheep dog trials where she has enjoyed considerable success.
Chris joined the team in 2013 and is responsible for designing and teaching all of our cocktail classes. He has won awards for his cocktail creations and now enjoys teaching beginners how to create drinks they can make at home. He'll show you how to turn everyday ingredients into cocktails that surpass anything you've made before!
Ben is a European ATV Safety Institute qualified instructor with a passion for off road vehicles. Ben has established Tile Farm as one of the best Quad Trekking courses in Cheshire and now has a mobile setup so he's able to take the quad bikes to venues and events across the North West. Oliver was inspired to become a chocolatier after spending time working with his father in his family's chocolate shop. His passion for chocolate production and for using the finest ingredients to create beautiful and delicious truffles makes him the perfect instructor for our chocolate making events.
Jimmi has always been fascinated by birds of prey and is a keen conservationist. He set up his organisation Raptor Aid to educate and promote his conservation work. He also has a growing team of 14 trained birds of prey that he uses for flying demonstrations, talks and interactive experiences.
